“Selections”….“Selections”
When you set out to build or renovate an existing property, you will often hear the term “Selections” thrown around. This is referring to the finishing touches in a home; the fixture packages, trim packages, appliances, etc.
When you design your home, the architect will provide you with a set of plans. Using those plans, a contractor can determine the quantity of each light fixture, electrical fixture, and outlet, plumbing fixture, etc., however, it is the homeowner’s responsibility (yay!) to select what product will actually be installed in the home.
This is the fun part! The homeowner gets to choose all of the finishes. Hawk has developed an easy way to connect our suppliers with our customers to make this selection process fun and easy!
Making these decisions can be a daunting task, but we have the team and resources in place to help you every step of the way. Over the years, Hawk has designed many homes so we are always available to provide design advice, but most of the time our customers know exactly what style of selections they are looking for. In those cases, we are just the facilitators to ensure it is as pleasant as possible of a process for our customers.
