After building homes for a combined 60+ years, we know that it is safe to say that all of our customers want to know what is happening with their job site as often as possible. There is something soothing about knowing details of what is happening with your project.
Buying a home is said to be one of the biggest financial decisions a person will make in their lifetime. So when you decide to build your home instead of buying an existing property, our team at Hawk, fully understands that our customers need all the resources we can provide them to make the next 6-10 (building time will vary based on home specifications) months as stress/worry-free as possible!
One of the best resources we offer is a customer-facing scheduling portal, where all of our customers are provided with weekly (sometimes daily) updates of what has been completed on their job sites. The software we use is called BuilderTrend. It is a construction industry-specific cloud-based software that is very user-friendly! Our customers are able to see progress pictures, daily logs, track selections, and approve change orders all through the convenience of their mobile phones!
